The room and bathrooms were clean and the location is good. I was assigned a room with all five men, which I hadn’t been told about beforehand, and when I asked to change it they said no rooms were available; the next day they said a room was available but I had to pay extra and offered a few options that didn’t suit me.

“meglio non era possibile”

The hotel’s position is excellent!!! Very close to the station and a metro line that connects all major points of interest; there are also urban bus stops and a direct airport bus stop that takes 25 minutes for 11 euros. Numerous supermarkets in the area and a huge shopping center 200 m away plus a great restaurant. The hotel is mostly a hostel, so luxury isn’t expected, but for our private room with a private bathroom the cleanliness, bed comfort, luggage storage, and location make this a great value for my trip. No shower gel in the bathroom (just for sharing because the private room with a private bathroom really offers a good price‑quality ratio).

“Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt”

The location near the Stadthalle, Westbahnhof, and Mariahilfer Straße is great. Noise on the weekend was noticeably audible. Our room faced the courtyard and we were woken early in the morning by people loudly talking there.

The location in the city centre is good. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor and opened directly onto the courtyard; the door and window face the same façade, meaning that if you open the window all the cigarette smoke from people using that outdoor space as a smoking area, especially for rooms around the courtyard, comes straight into the room. That’s very annoying for a non‑smoker like me who has a tobacco smoke allergy.
