The cost performance was very high and breakfast was decent. I was grateful to get a deluxe room for free. The hotel was close to my workplace, which was very convenient. The staff were kind, and there were Japanese signs everywhere, which made it very clear. The lamp at the bedside had a faulty contact. The air‑conditioning display was unclear, so it got too cold at night.

The breakfast on the 13th floor was very good with a 360‑degree view; the hotel is just about 10 minutes from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and is actually reachable on foot from there. I also wanted to explore Hanoi outside the tourist districts. I am sensitive to air conditioning, especially when it runs continuously during the high temperatures that prevailed. I had no choice but to be in Hanoi at that time, but if it can be arranged, one should definitely choose a cheaper travel period.
