The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the omelette guy at breakfast 😁—truly kid‑friendly. The place was spotless, the family room had a spacious sofa bed for the kids, and the breakfast was generous and tasty. Filtered water was available for everyone to refill, and the market is just 10 minutes away, plus so many other perks! We’ll gladly return.

Novotel is, in my view, a reliable choice. It’s clean, the staff are very pleasant, and all the equipment works well.
