The hotel truly earned its excellent reviews: the room is large, very clean, no carpet as we wanted, the bathroom with a window, the restaurant, and the breakfast are all outstanding. The staff are very friendly, and I would definitely come back.

The staff are very friendly, family‑like, unbureaucratic, and straightforward – you feel at home from the first moment. The breakfast is especially pleasant, calm, and without any rush or loud music, so I could enjoy my Caffè Latte and breakfast in peace while reading. The nearby butcher shop also provides great conditions for culinary enjoyment. Unfortunately, I didn’t stay long enough to try a good roast – I’ll definitely come back next time. It would have been nice to see the hotel and the town more aware of their cultural and historical value. For art and culture lovers, it would be great to learn more about the building’s nearly 450‑year history, the old brewery across the street, the Romanesque church, and the early settlement of the area. I only got that information on a walk to the municipality with a look at the local chronicle. I hope these cultural treasures become more visible in the inn itself in the future. Those thick walls surely have many stories to tell.
