It was a fantastic experience for all donkey lovers. We stayed only one night but felt very comfortable. The family showed us everything and took great care of us. Fresh fruit was available, and Granny brewed extra tea for my husband, who had a slightly upset stomach. The farm, the peace, the donkeys, and the room – everything was perfect.

We spent two beautiful nights at the donkey farm in Montenegro and wholeheartedly recommend this special place! The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. We were warmly welcomed and could always ask them questions. We booked breakfast for both days and were truly delighted; it was very tasty and clearly made with love. We also received fresh homemade blueberry lemonade repeatedly – absolutely delicious and a nice refreshment! One evening we chose the homemade dinner: a freshly prepared mushroom pasta for €15 per person. That was also incredibly tasty and lovingly cooked. We were also served drinks – a truly lovely and cozy evening! Our absolute highlight was, of course, the donkeys. You immediately notice how much the family cares for their animals and how much passion goes into the farm. We were very impressed and kept buying carrots to feed the donkeys during our stay – each time a small highlight. The family business is run by the eldest son. During our stay we also met his father, his grandmother, and his grandfather. All were incredibly friendly and warm, so we felt right at home. On the farm there is also the German shepherd Hans, whom we found very cute and immediately fell in love with. We especially liked that the family is not only passionate about their donkeys but also involved in animal protection for dogs. This makes the place even more special for us. All in all, we had a wonderful time at the donkey farm and highly recommend it. Even for a day trip, the farm is absolutely worth seeing!

I rarely felt so comfortable. It’s a great accommodation, and I even got to see the donkeys. I was shown everything, could move freely and look around, and finally enjoyed a great breakfast with homemade ingredients, juice, and grappa. I’ll stay longer than a day next time.

The family was incredibly welcoming and kind; the hospitality was amazing. Breakfast was spot‑on and we even got to feed over 80 donkeys—young and old alike 😁 Everything was flawless!

This place was outstanding, clean and cozy. The owner greeted us with homemade blueberry juice and we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast before heading out. The donkeys are charming, and the farm itself feels like a genuine Montenegrin experience!
