The place was immaculate, very comfortable, and for the price it was fabulous; Claudio was friendly and accommodating, the view was lovely, it beat staying in the city centre all day, and the food was very tasty.

I stayed at a very clean and comfortable B&B, even though the bathroom was shared. Claudio was friendly and welcoming, and the room offered great views of the park, which I also enjoyed during breakfast. The breakfast was freshly made English, with meat and veggie options; there were also cereals and jams. I would caution solo women travelers that the B&B is about a 15‑minute walk from the centre of Middlesborough, which can feel unsafe at night; if you don’t plan to stay out late, that’s not a problem. The B&B itself feels safe, with lockable doors and pleasant fellow travelers during both of my stays.

Clean. Fresh cooked Breakfast. Quiet. Excellent and friendly staff. Easy and free to park outside. Room 7 spacious Accommodated early check in to support us getting to the football match on time. Room 7 bathroom private but separate across corridor
