The spot and view are great, yet the parking required a 5‑minute walk, was unpaved and uncovered, and breakfast was served at a café.

The main advantage of the property is its location: a room with a terrace that can also be used for dining, facing the sea, in an extremely panoramic spot, very close to the main square and the beaches of Numana Alta. Our room wasn’t huge; the ones on the sides seemed larger, but it was well organized: the bathroom is new and the mattress is very comfortable. The windows are excellent and keep the noise out, even though the building is in the ZTL and still quite quiet. Breakfast at a bar in the square was good, with cappuccino, pasta, and juice. The pass to a large parking lot near the center is very convenient. The only downside is that it’s hard to get complete darkness in the room.
