The room and bathroom were extremely spacious, updated for modern needs while keeping some of the building's character, like the vaulted ceilings. The host is lovely and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Parking can be a bit tricky; plan ahead or be patient. :)

This beautifully renovated property sits just off Noto’s main tourist strip, making every attraction a short walk away. Teresa has skillfully merged historic charm with modern flair, greeted us personally and offered great dining tips. The room was roomy with thoughtful details, the lighting and bathroom were superb, and the terrace was perfect for breakfast. Teresa and her assistant delivered charming service throughout. I’d highly recommend this place—just wish we could have stayed longer.

The location is excellent. The room and bathroom are generously sized and tastefully decorated, giving a very personal feel. Even though we drove every day, we found parking right outside the door every three days. Teresa was a very kind and helpful host. The breakfast, however, was not exciting.
