The location is central to Alexanderplatz, about a 7‑minute walk. The room is nice. Breakfast is sufficient with everything one could desire. Street noise is clearly audible through the windows. The climate control does not reach the desired temperature, so it was relatively cool.

Close to Alexanderplatz, transport, and some restaurants. The staff in the hotel restaurant were extremely kind and accommodating. The lobby was nice and most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The first room we checked into had a terrible smell; sewer? stale? We were moved to another room, which was good. BUT about two days later, in the late evening, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to the room next door. The emergency alarm went off around 1 am, we had to evacuate. Barely any guests came out. It lasted maybe 20‑30 minutes. Nothing was wrong. Several staff said it was a false, accidental alarm triggered. When we asked about it, the “desk manager” insisted it was real. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience. We stayed for 1 week.

Good location. Very good breakfast. The glass door between the room and the toilet made it uncomfortable to use the toilet; both sound and smell could not be contained and spread throughout the hotel room. There was no staircase to the lobby and the few elevators caused long wait times to go in and out. The room lacked a iron.
