Location is amazing and Reception team was very polite and they accept late check out at 2:30 pm with arrangement 2 days before due to my late flight. I got Deluxe Room in 5 th floor with amazing view , it was very nice and clean except for the Shower water which’s going outside and make the bathroom floor always wet after showering

It isn’t my first time in Zimmer—maybe the eighth or ninth time—I like the hotel’s location, staff, and coziness. The AC isn’t working properly and needs checking. Cleaning needs major improvement, especially behind curtains and around windows where there’s a lot of dust, which is a concern for allergy sufferers; these spots should be cleaned and maintained thoroughly for a clean, healthy environment.

Bilal and Taylan were both great at their service and very helpful—thanks. The location is amazing, close to the tram and a park for the children. The property is old and that shows.
