The location is excellent, the room is very clean, shops, the sea, and the old town are all within walking distance, and the room is on the back side so it’s free from car noise; the bathroom is beautifully renovated. The furnishings are very simple, and the room has no view because it’s on the back side.

The location and the room are very good 👍. I would just add an electric kettle or a small electric pot.

Good location and air‑conditioned. We had a different expectation for the B&B, because there was no breakfast and the room is basically a single room in the host’s apartment with its own entrance. We could hear everything through the very thin walls, but that wasn’t a huge issue since we had to spend 2–4 nights in the host’s private apartment in the children’s room (because of a problem with the toilet in our bathroom). Massimo tried hard to make our stay pleasant despite everything, even though it wasn’t a very enjoyable holiday. For this price we wouldn’t do it again.

The central location gives direct contact with the host, who is very helpful.
