The hotel features a 500-m² furnished garden, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms have wood furniture, a 47" TV, and private bathrooms with showers. It's 3 km from Tarvisio Station and a 5-minute walk from the A23 motorway exit.

Breakfast was mostly individually packaged but extensive and quite high‑quality. There is a bike garage. The building is old, which is obvious. The top‑floor rooms were okay, but the roof beams made some of them rather cramped. The bike garage is an advantage, but it mainly consists of fabric canopies with windows; it isn’t very secure, though apparently it was sufficient.

The location is good. We were given a tiny room that would have been better suited for children, and there was a door to an adjacent room.

The hotel’s location is ideal for car arrivals thanks to reserved parking for guests, and it sits centrally between the ski lifts and Tarvisio town center. Breakfast is good, both savory and sweet. The third‑floor room is spacious with recent finishes, though the bathroom needs full maintenance. The room’s bathroom is dated and requires structural maintenance.

This was a stage stop on our bike tour—a wonderful place. We’ll come back next year. The service, especially for cyclists, was convincing. A good coffee (!!), fresh fruit, and tasty pastries are important to us, and that fit perfectly. The bike garage is locked overnight. Next time we’ll choose a room with a balcony so we don’t have to deal with a slanted roof. ;-)
