We booked three rooms and roaches were present in every room throughout our stay. The rooms were messy, items were broken, and someone tried to break into our rooms at night. It was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had.

They claim breakfast is included, yet there was none. Every room I’ve stayed in at this hotel has cockroaches. During my last stay I was bitten by a spider, had to go to the emergency room, and they gave me no refund or compensation. While trying to pour cereal—no breakfast provided—a cockroach landed in my bowl. It’s the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, not to mention the drug dealers on site. The night‑shift lady was lazy and didn’t like white people. I had an infected knee from the spider bite, was forced to hobble to the side entrance, slipped on the unkept sidewalk, and landed on the bite again. Still no compensation.

Roaches, an unstable bed, and a dirty environment.

I could barely sleep because roaches were everywhere, constantly climbing on the walls while I lay in bed; I ended up showering all over the walls just to feel safe.

I never even checked in and I’m demanding a refund; the room smelled like dirty smoke and it was just nasty.
