The spot is great and I can walk to any nearby eatery. Public transport is close, but I rarely used it because the main KTM lines were under maintenance. The room I stayed in fell into the hotel’s Wi‑Fi dead zone; I couldn’t connect my laptop and had to use my personal hotspot, although my phone still connected fine.

Hotel has done some refurbishment, a new coat of paint on some area, the corridor is brighter and looks much better. 1) the shower-head in room 301 needs repair or change to a new one. 2) please place more bottled water in the room, 2-small bottles is insufficient. 3) upon booking, I stated that I’ll arrive hotel late at night in 11Sep but unfortunately I was delayed, reached KL on 12Sep to check-in early morning at 6.30am, was told my room was cancelled due to no show ?! I explained that I’ve pre-paid for the room so hotel shouldn’t cancel my room till 12pm on 12Sep….The reception did arrange for the room for me, so all was fine
