The décor is nice and the concierges are very helpful; I would have liked a late checkout until 14:00, but it’s only free until 13:00, and paying 60 € lets you stay until 16:00. With a room costing over 350 € per night, I think a bit more flexibility would be reasonable, so I’ll probably book elsewhere next time.

The facilities are very good and pretty, and the breakfast was also very good; however, there was no bathtub in the bathroom, and we were told that no bathroom in the hotel has a bathtub.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very welcoming; it’s rare to find such a spot in Brussels (I live here, so I speak from experience). Maybe just add very small snacks at the bar. Brussels can be quiet on a Sunday evening and what is claimed to be a night shop next door is just an upgraded liquor store, so you’ll have a hard time finding something you can prepare or eat in your room in the evening. Also, Flagey, when suggested, is dead beat on a late Sunday evening. I believe small sandwiches would be a great option to offer at the bar at least.
