The location right by the lake gave me a lot of peace and quiet, but I was annoyed that they charged for sunbeds every day, whether I was at the lake or by the pool.

The view was great and the food was very good, yet I had to pay extra for pool sunbeds and the heating system relied on pipes from a central boiler without any radiators.

I was excited about the lakeside location, but the rooms felt like a carcass—never vacuumed with an electric cleaner. I swear I saw the staff scrub with a broom and a regular vacuum, yet the lobby was vacuumed electrically. Every day I left a room‑cleaning card, and they’d toss the sheets in a haphazard, crumpled pile as if swearing. They left feather dust under the beds and ignored my repeated requests. The photo shows they charge extra for the sun lounger and umbrella. The staff at the lakeside restaurant and the front desk never even looked at me.

Being right on the shore of Lake Ohrid and having a parking space was convenient, but the rooms felt dated, the hotel was a bit far from the centre, and the breakfast was just average.
