The rooms aren’t soundproof, the shower’s hot water takes a long time to heat up, and the handle was installed backwards; parts of the parking lot lack lights; the pet area had no bags and was littered with poop; the hallways and lobby feel dreary. The same issues are noted above.

It was convenient, but I didn’t like the ratios and body piercings on the reception desk clerk, even though they were friendly.

Breakfast was good and the people preparing it were really nice, but the parking was lousy.

The breakfast room attendant and the evening front desk staff were both friendly, yet the facility disappointed me: I arrived after a cross‑country trip on I‑70, the TV was broken and couldn’t be fixed after the front desk tried to help, they couldn’t move me and my family to another room and said they might find a replacement in the morning; a smoke detector wasn’t installed and outlet wall plates were missing; the pool was out of service and not mentioned on the BW website; I spoke to the assistant GM in the morning, she said she’d talk to the GM but offered no apology. I won’t return to this property.
