I’ve stayed here a few times and always liked it, but I got blacklisted after burning candles that set off the smoke alarm and being accused of vaping in the room.

The beds were fine, and I appreciated having two singles and a double in the same room, which was a key reason for choosing this place; the coin‑operated laundry was a clever touch. The spot was convenient, though I struggled to find decent food around the city. The family room’s Wi‑Fi was very weak, constantly dropping out, so I had to hotspot my phone for other devices, which was a hassle for three people watching movies. Family rooms sit at the far end where reception is poorest; I got better signal in the middle of the complex and best near the front desk, but that’s useless if you’re stuck in your room. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. The accommodation felt a bit old and tired but clean. I booked for a 4‑star rating but it felt more like a 3‑star.
