The hotel is a fairly new and attractive building with nice furniture and decent basic facilities, but the overall service and management fall short of what you’d expect from a four‑ or five‑star property. There’s no proper driveway or drop‑off area, so guests must unload luggage on the public road. The reception area looks like it’s used for storing raw food and café supplies, which gives a unprofessional first impression. Room cleaning was acceptable, but the service overall lacked professionalism and organization. The property has potential, but the management and guest service need major improvements, so I wouldn’t recommend it in its current state.
