I appreciated the cleanliness of my room
The hotel's location and the fact that it had its own parking lot.
The hotel's staff were pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The view was fantastic

The room was quiet and offered a lovely view; the price for a triple room was fair.
The place was nice, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.
The man at the front desk wouldn’t open the door for us and left us standing outside.
“Absolut miserabel!!!”
Everything was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend this place; the cleanliness was poor, the front desk seemed completely overwhelmed, and despite booking a double room for my wife and me they tried to split us into two single rooms, which we refused, then demanded to see an ID and make a copy—something I flatly declined—leaving us on the brink of leaving again.
The rooms were clean, but everything felt run-down and old-fashioned. On top of that, our breakfast—after we had asked for a specific time—was forgotten.
