“Niby świetne miejsce, ale dyskwalifikujące zachowanie!”

The place has a great location that really captures the climate of Krynica, feels like a pre‑war spa, offers excellent breakfasts, and the staff is very friendly. The major downside was that, even though we booked early, nobody told us that the restaurant at the pension (the excellent Dwóch Świętych) was closed and the Spa had only about four or five items left from a list of roughly thirty, which was a key part of the offer for us. Worse, it was an anniversary trip and I had spent 1000 zł on spa treatments as a gift, but the spa was barely functioning. I raised the issue with a kind lady at reception, she was surprised and promised to inform the owner, and I offered to speak to him myself, but there was no response at all. Another drawback was that the headboard in our room, which has been like that for a long time, seemed in need of replacement.

This hotel is amazing, the staff are friendly, everything is close by, and right across from a water bar. I’m very satisfied and recommend it.

“Pokój spełnił moje oczekiwania ,przytulny ,czysty z ładnym widokiem .”

The breakfasts were delicious with a wide selection of dishes and a great vibe. The location is superb, and the staff welcomed us with smiles. The interior décor is fantastic, making it a pleasant place to spend time. I liked everything and will definitely return; every time I leave I feel a bit sad.

Magnifique hôtel à 2 pas de la promenade piétonne, avec un spa superbe (hammam, sauna, salle de repos) dont on profite de façon privative pendant une heure ! Bar avec d'excellentes pâtisseries. Le parking est situé au dessus des escaliers, il vaut mieux voyager léger

A beautiful, well‑maintained, atmospheric property. The location is right in the center of Krynica‑Zdrój. The staff are very pleasant and professional, and everything is clean and lovely.
