There wasn’t much to like. The bed felt like sleeping on bricks, the kitchen sink was clogged and smelled horrible, the room had a scent of someone smoking a black mild before us, the so‑called breakfast was just dry cereal with no milk, bread, and only tiny muffins, plus juice.

I didn’t receive the room and I’m still being charged; the website said there were no cancellation fees, but I understood the money was for a damage deposit. They kept the money.

The bathroom was clean and parking was free. However, there was an odd smell in the building, the bed cover was dirty, and breakfast was a bad joke.

The bed was only average, nothing special, and there was no coffee available first thing in the morning; the only coffee I found was a packet of junk coffee that never got restocked for 3 days. The bedspread was just tossed on, the bed never made, and while the trash was emptied, the counter stayed dirty. The ice machine on the second floor also didn’t work.
