The location and breakfast were fine. The staff made me feel like a criminal walking into a casino with a pocket knife. I asked the security guard to hold my son’s pocket knife for a moment while I looked around, and he gave me attitude, acting as if I was crazy for that request. I could have cleaned the floor in less than a minute with that old man. Please, let your security guards treat people with respect.

I’d never been to Oak Grove Gaming and Casino before, but I’ll definitely return. Everything was so nice and clean, and the steakhouse was amazing too. The drive from home was a bit of a joke.

The food options and the location were spot on for us, and the front desk staff always greeted us with a smile. The gaming area offered a good mix of games, and the refreshment area was great. However, the room didn’t have a microwave, and the small freezer in the fridge was covered in frost and ice.

The room was nicely set up and the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were fairly nice. The room key on the elevator was delayed, so I had trouble getting to my room the first few times.
