“Spacious Family Room and Excellent Staff”
The family room was very roomy and fully equipped with a mini‑kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, and electric kettle. The air conditioning worked well, so we could sleep comfortably at night without feeling hot or humid, especially in this tropical country. What I liked most was the staff – they were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Whenever we needed something in the room, such as fixing a light or getting an extra blanket, they attended to it and resolved the issue right away. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay! The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and the shower room door was a little difficult to open and close. Some of the lights in the room were also not working, but the staff responded quickly when we informed them about it. The only other downside was the noise from passing cars and other vehicles, as the hotel is close to the highway.
