The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was immaculate, though the hallways and common areas could use a thorough vacuuming.

“Our stay was fine, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.”

We only stayed one night to be near the airport, and the shuttle driver was fantastic, even bringing our luggage up to the hotel door. However, our room had several broken items—the fridge, the coffee maker, and the phone—all of which were replaced by a friendly technician, but it was odd that three things were malfunctioning in a single room. Also, I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t offer complimentary tea; there were coffee pods in the room, but tea bags had to be bought in the lobby.

“Ok because of location”

The rooms are spacious, but the place is poorly maintained, the parking is pricey, and the breakfast is terrible.

The hotel‑airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, sticks strictly to its schedule, and the early‑morning trip to the airport took just 10 minutes, stopping at the different terminals. The front‑desk and transport staff, however, are pretty rough around the edges.
