The air conditioner dripped, leaving the floor wet and the room smelling like a drain. The staff were unfriendly.

The hotel was close to the wedding venue, but the room still had a sewage odor.

The room itself was tidy, but I had to call to confirm my reservation and the staff never answered. When we arrived, no one was at reception; I called again but no one responded to the phone left on the dirty, greasy desk. The remote for the AC had no cover, so you constantly have to keep your finger on the battery to turn it on, and as soon as you release it, the battery launches like a catapult. This is too much money for such a disappointing experience.
