The cleanliness was amazing, the location was spot‑on, the staff were attentive, and every room was 10/10. We were unlucky to have a lot of rain in Phuket, but otherwise everything was incredible.

“Overall, my stay was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hostel”

Very poor customer service. There are some cracks in the ceiling, and additionally, you are not allowed to eat in the room, which I did not like. The worst part is that you have to pay a 500 THB cash deposit for the room access card. I understand that the money is refunded when you check out and return the card, but I don’t like that this requirement is not clearly mentioned on the booking page before making the reservation. Even worse, it has to be paid in cash, which I find inconvenient because foreigners often don’t carry cash. Overall, my stay was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hostel.
