The location was great. We couldn't cool the room and the showerhead was broken, and the tub drained slowly.

“It's okay for one night. Valet & Bellman was very polite”

I only stayed one night, and the deposit was just $25, not hundreds of dollars. I was told I had a lake view, but there was no lake view at all. When I asked if I could move to a higher floor to see the lake for my birthday celebration and my cross‑country trip from east to west, I was told no. Instead, I was shown a water fountain that had no water, which became my view.

“I had a decent stay at the Congress hotel.”

The lobby was very nice, the location and staff were good. The beds were comfortable but not luxurious. The rooms were large yet showed a lot of wear and tear; the bathroom door couldn't be shut because it had been repainted many times. The decor felt a bit tacky and cheap, with Walmart rugs on the floor and curtains that looked precariously hung. There was no TV, just four channels of 80s B‑movies.

Ubicación, no hay un mejor lugar para hospedarse. Los ascensores no funcionan adecuadamente. En cada uno de los pisos es un laberinto llegar a la habitación. El número de habitación no esta correctamente marcado, para llegar más simple a la habitación. No recomiendo reservar con desayuno incluido
