A private patio offers garden, landmark and mountain views and includes outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Inside, a double bed sleeps two guests (a crib can be added) and a fully equipped kitchenette provides a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware and a seating area. The en‑suite bathroom features a bath, shower, toilet, free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer, while the room also includes heating, electric blankets, a flat‑screen TV, DVD and CD players, board games, a video player, free Wi‑Fi and a hand‑sanitiser.

There was no shower.
I was right near everything and the room was comfy, but I had to bring my own water.
The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, helped us brainstorm activities and were always there to assist; the accommodation was charming, we loved the heated blanket and the braai; it would have helped to have a shower head holder, the bed was a bit hard, and there were spiders, though it didn’t ruin our stay.
Everything about the accommodation is my favorite, and as a hiker I give it 5 stars.

The internet was solid and the place stayed warm on winter nights, plus the views were great and it was close to hiking trails; however, there was no shower, the plumbing was sketchy, the cistern took an hour to fill, and the cold tap was intermittent.
