The place is about a 5‑minute walk from the train station and works great for rail travellers. From Castelfranco‑Veneto you can catch trains in all directions, including a quick trip to Venice. I had a nice ground‑floor room with a large terrace. Check‑in communication went smoothly. The only issue was that because everyone in the building had to pass by my room, it was a bit noisy.

The villa has well‑kept rooms; the only flaw for me was the missing bidet in the bathroom, otherwise it was comfortable and just a couple of steps from the station and Castelfranco‑Veneto centre.

The owner was friendly and booking was a breeze, but there was noise coming from the floor above and chairs kept sliding on the floor late at night.
