The view is gorgeous, and the pool is really pleasant; I liked that they let us go to Playa de las Hadas. The mattresses are very hard, and the restaurant service was terrible—half an hour to get a lemonade and over an hour to serve the food.
The condo’s location and the balcony view, plus the dining area on the terrace, make La Alberca one of the closest beach apartments to Playa de las Hadas and the pool, with fewer stairs than others. The mattresses are very hard, the pillows are uncomfortable and flat, the kitchen lacks a sharp knife and a vegetable peeler.

Private cabanas, sea view, a nice pool, tranquility, and an atmosphere of deep relaxation; we stayed during a season with no crowds. The air conditioner sometimes emitted an unpleasant odor.
The view is nice and there are few stairs to reach the beach. The place lacks maintenance; the exterior entrance has no security, raccoons are constantly inside, a blind won’t open blocking the view, the mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable, the pots are badly deteriorated and unusable, and the TV has no cable. Parking is only available if space allows.
