The staff were friendly and the location was good, plus a nice selection of breakfast. The room was too small for two guests, and the bathroom was cramped. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, and there was no light near the shower.

I was assigned an apartment because no standard rooms were available, and it wasn’t cleaned after my first night, which surprised me—I would have preferred a hotel‑style service for the price I paid. The reception was welcoming, and the breakfast area was spotless.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The rooms were quiet and clean, though we had to change rooms four times. The central heating was too cold, so the staff moved us to other rooms; constantly switching rooms was tiring, but overall it was a good experience.

The hotel is very well situated in the center of Strasbourg, the room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was good. The room was a bit small, so I had to jump over my suitcase, and there was no bottled water available in the room.

La proximité du centre historique. Le petit déjeuner. La chambre minuscule.! La literie pas très ferme. Les prix pratiqués par cette hôtel n'ont rien à voir avec la prestation offerte
