Suzana’s attentive and kind service was excellent. The location is perfect, the apartment’s comfort is magnificent, and the sea view is spectacular! The leisure options inside the condominium are surprising!

The apartment is spectacular, with a beautiful view and very well located. The manager Suzana was spectacular, very attentive and super available to help.

The balcony is nice. Everything is old, rusty, and broken. The management is completely incompetent, only takes money and invests nothing; everything is broken and ancient.

The spot is amazing, and the safety protocols are solid, plus the staff are genuinely kind and quick to help. However, the app said breakfast was included, but the hotel’s own info said otherwise and they never served it. The flat layout description was wrong, one AC unit was too warm and I still sweated in bed, and Fortaleza can get pretty hot. Toiletries were listed in the app but were barely provided.

A localização e estrutura do condomínio são boas, e o apto é excelente. Apartamento bem cuidado, caprichado e de bom gosto. Muito limpo, bons utensílios e bem organizado, nos fez sentirmos em casa. Fomos recepcionados pelo JORGE, anfitrião educado, gentil e atencioso, tornou a nossa estadia muito mais agradável. Ainda conseguimos entrar um pouco antes da hora estabelecida. Isso tudo faz muita diferença. Recomendo muito, já estou com saudades e voltarei. Obrigado mesmo.👏👏
