The owner is very friendly and the typical Italian sweet breakfast with good ham is great. The location isn’t ideal because Piacenza city is 6 km away and takes 15 minutes by car, and the hotel is poorly sign‑posted.

The room was renovated, very clean, and quiet; it’s close to the highway exit yet still very calm, with many restaurants nearby. The hotel is pet‑friendly and offers a good Italian breakfast. Parking is free right at the property. Nothing to note.

The highway access is fantastic, just a few kilometres to Piacenza/Centro. The place is quiet, the rooms are huge with everything you need, very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide enough selection of sweet and hearty options, including homemade, fantastic sweet treats. The house owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and we had long conversations in Italian with her; she had amazing patience that helped me improve my language skills. For a 1‑3 day stopover it’s the ultimate. 10 out of 10! Nothing else to mention, except the mosquitoes 😁.

The place was wonderfully quiet and the host was very friendly; the room was very clean and comfortable, all windows had mosquito nets. The bed was just right and the memory‑foam pillow was perfect for me. All was top.

A single night on the way from north to south was ideal. It’s very quiet, the owner was very nice, we liked it a lot, and even our cat was welcome.
