The location, bar/food, and staff were great, though the bed quality left something to be desired.

Close to the stadium, yet the check‑in process forced you into a sales pitch about vacation packages, parking required an additional fee that should have been covered by the steep room rate, and the interstate noise made sleeping impossible.

I like that is it close to downtown. I don’t like being told to go to the travel and leisure desk. I will not go over there anymore but just straight to my room and they should let the customer know they have that option. There was a very long line to get checked in on this last visit which I thought was very unreasonable time to have to wait. I was over 45 minutes getting checked in. It caused us to be late for a reservation
