The service at this hotel was top-notch - the staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, that's about it - there wasn't much else to comment on, as there were no major issues with the hotel. [Translated from "Excellent service" with a neutral tone]

The hotel's food was actually pretty great, especially the breakfast buffet, which was a highlight. However, the rooms and bathrooms desperately needed a deep clean and some serious attention to get rid of the lingering odors.
