Helpful staff, right across from the station. We stayed in a superior tatami room that was very large, slept well on the floor mattresses, and the onsen was great—you book a 25‑minute slot when you check in. The local food was excellent. I would 100 % recommend. No issues.

The spot in Kii-Katsuura is spot-on, right next to the station. Be sure to check out the tuna restaurant next door.

A spacious room and the common areas are comfortable, with a handy hot and cold water dispenser and clean surroundings. The location is good, close to the station, and the staff are very friendly.
