The hotel changed ownership on 1st January, and I lost Rs 1500 because the previous owner kept my deposit. I was left standing at midnight and had to pay Rs 2000 to obtain a rubbish room. My complaint remains unresolved, and I’m still waiting for my money.

The room was spacious, but nothing else was good. Long list I don’t know where to start… 1) Many mosquitoes in the hotel and in the room; the staff doesn’t care. 2) My breakfast was included in the stay but never arrived on time; I had to call repeatedly to get it. They don’t have a buffet; if you call on the phone they will only provide breakfast, and the choices are very limited. 3) I stayed for a whole week, but no staff cleaned my room the entire time. 4) If you order from the hotel, they will order it from Zomato or Swiggy and add extra charges to your food. 5) No toiletries; you only get one used towel—thank God I brought mine. And many more, but this will be enough to not book here and waste money.
