The place is very well situated next to the highway and they allow check‑in until midnight.

The room was modernly equipped, yet there was no kettle in it.

The service staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good and the dinners were excellent, and the modern rooms offered a free view of the Mecklenburg countryside, but the reception was confusing (five rooms were booked but assigned incorrectly in size), the TV and lights in the room were defective, the room was noisy from the corridor, and the silicone seals in the bathroom needed cleaning or replacement.

Czysto w hotelu, w pokoju. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dla 3 osób. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy pokój 2 osobowy. Obsługa dobrze wiedziała jaki pokój nam daje, ale liczyli na to, że zaakceptujemy warunki. Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji dostaliśmy pokój 2 osobowy z kanapą nie dostosowana do spania. Była bardzo późna godzina, wszyscy byli zmęczeni, rano wyjeżdżaliśmy, więc już nie robiliśmy afery
