Excellent Location, Clean well appointed rooms with lovely contemporary modern decor. Brigitte was helpful, available and full of excellent recommendations. Very close to public transport which enabled me to get from airport to the hotel by bus (the city train was temporarily unavailable due to work being done) and metro. I would love to stay here again

立地は最高。 シュテファン大聖堂を中心に市街地を回るには最高のロケーション。 駅にも近く、移動も簡単。. ホテルの玄関、フロア、部屋に入るにはアクセスコードが必要。 フロントはなく、電話かwhatsappがないとコンシェルジュとの連絡が困難。 どちらも持っておらず、ホテルに到着してからしばらくeメールでトライしてなんとかコードを入手できたが、部屋に入れない危機的状況。 カード決済終了後、コードがリセットされてしまい、外出し手荷物を取りに戻った際に、またまた部屋に入れず。 これもなんとかコードが手に入りことなきを得たが、フロントのないコード入室の部屋ということはホテルの紹介に記載を願いたい。

The properties location was absolutely fantastic. The American bar was hopping on the same street. However, you couldn’t hear anything due to the soundproof windows. The staff, in particular the concierge were very polite and extremely helpful. My only slight concern was the size of the room. There’s so much to do and see in Vienna that we didn’t spend much time in the room that the quarters were a little tight. That sad, extremely clean, functional and comfortable
