I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location and the personalized service provided by the staff. However, I did encounter a bit of an issue with the TV in my room, which unfortunately didn't work during my stay. Despite this, the hotel's prime location and attentive service made up for the inconvenience.
