Mostly clean, quick check‑in, the couch was a comfy third sleeping spot for our group and it had a separate sink for water, which was handy. The area felt dodgy with many homeless people outside the building, so I felt a bit unsafe. The carpet in the room wasn’t clean, and there were no shower amenities.

The breakfast was great and I enjoyed it fully. The person managing the breakfast area did a fantastic job, was friendly, enjoyable to talk to, and asked if we needed anything.
