The reception was very welcoming and the staff were kind. When the front‑desk person was late, breakfast was offered as a courtesy. The 12€ breakfast was rather plain, lacked fruit, and was only available in French. My room was on a landing with a door that didn’t block noise well (though it wasn’t too loud), had a view of back‑yards and buildings, and the bathroom needed updates—shower wall angle was broken, the base was damaged, and the faucet’s coating was cracked. The bed was good, so sleep was fine. Overall, a facelift would be welcome.

Breakfast was very good and the location is close to the centre, though the street has traffic. The room on the street had a noisy window that was open.
