“Used to stay there regularly. Now overpriced and poorly staffed. Never again!”

The check‑in woman was friendly and efficient, and my room preferences were accommodated. Parking was adequate. The room telephone didn’t work and the handset had a very short curled cord; the mini‑fridge was not working; the electrical outlet by the bed didn’t work; there was no coffeemaker in the room; no extra blanket or pillow (the desk couldn’t provide one); no bedside clock radio; the shelf was only between the beds instead of a small bedside table. There was no sink in the bathroom; the mattress was uncomfortable, causing sleep loss and pain. Breakfast offered a lot, but most was gone and slowly replenished, and what remained was not very fresh. OVERPRICED!

“Great stay there for the 2 nights. You could walk to several restaurants near by.”

Breakfast was very good; they kept everything stocked up when it was running low. The food choices were exceptional, except for a broken pancake maker. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. Some of the staff could work on their friendliness. Our room was tucked in a corner and was too small; we didn’t realize it would be so small. The bathroom had a few things that needed fixing.

Convenient, comfortable, clean, and great customer service. No sink in the bathroom and the bathroom was too small.
