“Indian hospitality at its finest”

We were blown away by this hotel. Knowing the Four Seasons brand, we still didn’t expect such meticulous attention; from the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel special. We even received a slightly larger room as an upgrade at check‑in. The room was huge, modern, and stocked with every amenity you’d expect at a high‑end property. The spa was outstanding, and the rooftop bar offered fantastic city views. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the best of Indian hospitality. The location was a bit off‑putting, as the immediate surroundings in Mumbai aren’t the best, and parts of the hotel were under renovation while we stayed. Another downside was that we ordered a pizza for room service twice, and it never came out properly baked.

The bed and amenities were fine, but the shower gels and shampoos felt very generic for a Four Seasons hotel; I hoped they matched the special scent of the corridors and lobby.

We had a very pleasant stay at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. The room was beautiful, elegant, and impeccably clean, with a window in the bathroom that made the space feel especially spacious. Bathroom amenities were excellent, as expected from Four Seasons. The restaurant was also very good, with delicious food, though not inexpensive. The main weakness was the hotel’s infrastructure: the lobby is surprisingly small and there are few comfortable common areas to sit, relax, and spend time outside the room. Overall, the hotel feels somewhat limited in shared spaces. During our stay, the spa was unavailable due to renovation, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category where a proper wellness area is expected. Another surprisingly disappointing detail was the absence of basic feminine hygiene products; for a Four Seasons level hotel, these should be provided in the room or easily available on request. Despite these shortcomings, the room itself was excellent, cleanliness was impeccable, design was beautiful, and food was very good. Overall rating: 7/10. A beautiful and comfortable hotel, but the common areas and some basic amenities could be improved to make the experience truly complete.
