While the hotel's location was a major draw for me, my stay was unfortunately soured by the poor service and condition of the property. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making my stay comfortable, which was a major letdown.

My stay at the hotel was ruined by the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member at the reception desk. Not only was he shouting all the time, but he also had the nerve to close the doors at night, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

While the hotel's Wi-Fi was surprisingly reliable and the bathroom was decent, my overall experience was marred by the poorly maintained mattresses and towels, as well as the extremely rude and unhelpful staff at the reception desk. To make matters worse, they seemed more interested in making a quick buck than in providing a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete waste of money, with nothing to redeem its subpar quality. To make matters worse, the hotel charged me extra for a room that I had already paid for, claiming it was an "old price" and not an upgrade.
