After walking 20 minutes into the historic center to reach the venue, I arrived at the entrance and was told it was fully booked. They offered me a shared bathroom solution, which I declined, and then presented another option outside the historic center (I had to walk another half‑hour) only to find that breakfast was not included. Is that a fair trade‑off?

An extraordinary, fairy‑tale‑beautiful, majestic apartment with plenty to explore. A small terrace overlooking the city’s rooftops. The owners provided excellent, comprehensive care.
