They gave us a larger room with a sofa, minibar, and microwave, which was great; it would have been nice to have dishes, glasses, and cutlery as well. The room was clean and correct. The receptionist barely spoke English, and the neighborhood isn’t very central.

The room was clean and comfortable, with well‑insulated windows that kept out street noise. The reception staff were not up to the mark, making check‑in and check‑out problematic. The air conditioning and elevator didn’t work, and even after I requested it later, they didn’t send me the parking invoice, so I had to pay separately. The reception’s lack of understanding was below par.

The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, though a larger pillow would have helped; the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was more than sufficient, with the city centre just around the corner and everything walkable. The street side can be a bit noisy when the windows are open, but otherwise the rooms are well insulated.
