The odor was awful.

The open‑air bath offered great views and the massage chair was free. I was flustered when the reservation emails arrived in pieces and I couldn’t find the reference number I needed at check‑in.

The location and parking were handy, the room felt spacious, and the nearby supermarket made shopping easy; I also liked the bathtub. Unfortunately the chair in the room was broken and never replaced, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and although the hotel is split into two zones with rules against crossing, moving luggage still required using the elevator between zones for safety.
