“Horrible hygiene, zero water supply, and pathetic service—completely ruined our stay.”

Nothing. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The hygiene was extremely poor and the service pathetic. The room was stinking, the pillows were filthy, and they gave us torn, tattered towels. No toilet paper was provided. Worse, the water supply stopped entirely in our 5th‑floor bathroom in the morning. When we reported it, they took more than half an hour and told us to go down to a room on the 2nd floor just to use the bathroom. Total lack of basic maintenance and hospitality.

“Good Rooms”

I recently stayed at this hotel for a single night, and while I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall quality of the rooms, I was somewhat disappointed by the thin walls and the noise from the drainage pipes. The constant sound of running water was quite distracting, and I felt that it detracted from my overall experience. Considering the price I paid, I felt that it was a bit steep for a single night's stay, especially given the noise issues.
